Routine fairleads maintenance

BUTLER and MUSH fairleads do not require special routine maintenance.
Just rinse frequently with fresh water and use stainless steel dedicated products. Clean oxidised areas with passivating pastes.

Special BUTLER and MUSH fairleads maintenance

Full maintenance fairleads should be performed every fifth year or whenever a water leakage appears on the fairlead stems below deck or oil oozing out of the cylinder piston.
